  I have been going to Nara Sushi for about a year and I always order the same Party Tray A. I am celiac, so I ask to have a certain roll substituted for an extra cost. The male who answered the phone would accommodate this and was friendly. Recently, a female has been answering the phone and she is quite rude. She states nothing can be substituted, even if it is due to an allergy. I will never go back. I find this to be horrible customer service and she has terrible phone manners.
