  Our first order when they opened had half the toppings, they offered a free medium pizza to make up for it. This is the 4th time ordering now and it has been good since.

  Friendly cashier but thats about all the positive I can say. First time & last time ordering from PJ's. The staff seemed clueless when they were organizing customers completed orders & for some reason every time an order was ready the cashier would yell the order name at us and point thinking it was our order (happened 8 times)-even though shes the one who took our order. One delivery driver took the wrong pizza for delivery, the customer who came to pick up the pizza was given no compensation for their mistake (just a really bad apology from manager) and later on the delivery guy who made the mistake came back from his delivery and thought no one would notice if he just put the pizza back in the designated area for pizza's ready for pick up (without mentioning the mistake to any manager/coworkers). At one point even the manager handed 2 pizzas to a customer even though the customers name was only on one of the two and then the customer went out of her way to find the other customer whose order was given to her by mistake while the cashier on the other side claimed his order wasn't ready yet. Lastly, my personal customer experience... I waited 30 minutes for a medium pizza with one topping (...thats it). And just a personal opinion: They charge an excessive .75 cents for a tiny package of chili flakes. // maybe they are a decent pizza shop when its not a busy saturday afternoon but at the time they had 3 delivery drivers and 4-5 kitchen staff and 2 cashiers all on shift.

  The location is easy to get to with ample parking making it easy to run in and grab some tasty pizza.
  
  The pizza is tasty with a good ratio of sauce, cheese, and toppings. The crust is fantastic and didn't come up dry at all.
  
  Staff is friendly, prices are great, and the are usually coupons available to make it even better.

  The pizza at Papa John's is fantastic! I love how fresh tasting the toppings are, and the how good the crust is. They are fast and the customer service is great! I would definitely recommend them. My current favourite is the BBQ Chicken & Bacon pizza.
