  Terrible cold food and slow drive through and they do not give straws,napkins or ketchup. Rude staff they did not make us smile today but we did throw.

  I realize this McD's is a new store and even allowing for training staff, I appreciate the politeness of the staff and growing efficiency I am now really starting to see. I've had hamburgers, their cookies, egg McMuffin meals numerous times and of course the coffee is excellent...especially a large for $2.00.

  I was excited to see that this McDonald's was arriving at its new location. Great place for me to stop for my morning coffee and breakfast. We have been in there about 5 times since opening.
  I agree with an earlier review that the service is pathetic! Why do I have to wait in the drive-thru, with no other cars in line, for over 15 minutes just for a coffee? Each time we went in, they were severely understaffed and those that were there didn't seen to have a clue what they were doing. I get it that they need training time, but its been long enough. And I thought McDonald's always prided itself on its training! We also went inside a couple of times. Second time, we stood at the counter for 10 minutes. A girl came up to the till, was all frazzled when she saw us, and said that she was just going on her break and walked away!!! WHAT??? Finally someone came. Its a very clean place, but the different setup means that the staff cannot see when someone is at the counter.
  So much for my excitement. I'm not going back. Good thing that Starbucks opened next door to them.
  I, too, hope that someone from Corporate see this. You've got to fix this mess!!!!!

  Absolutely horrible... all three times we have come in and gone threw the drive threw... the staff is awful rude, doesn't acknowledge you at the counter to order/pay at counter even when they see you doesn't tell anyone else either so you can be helped... then when you flag a manager the chick sent over still doesn't get plan common sense on paying for the order as the machine was out of paper to print the reciept!!!!! So you demand a manager and he ( Jesse) gets it in 2 seconds... but really don't do much to solve the issues!!!! The place has many issues to many teens who are not following instructions paying attention or listening at all... order is cold when we get it which then takes over 10 more min past what we waited for help from... even the kid who ordered fries and a shake had to wait 10 min for that... apparently the drive thru is more important then People in the store front. The people who have come in even after us are not standing up at the front complaining about how everytime they come here they have to check there damn order nothing is ever right and it takes forever to get your food... this is the worst !!!!!!!!!! Mcdonalds in town!!!!! And the lower mainland I will stick with the triple A one on Bourqin!!!! You have lost my business and the food tastes awful get it together before you loose more!!
