  My husband and I came across this place by chance. So pleased we did! We absolutely loved our interaction with the extremely straight talking owner! The food was good, nothing fancy at all. We'll go again just for the experience!

  Food is delicious. The service is up and down and sometimes you can't tell if they are angry and upset or just joking around. Nonetheless, I look past it just because I want one of their amazingly delicious breakfast sandwiches.

  the classic is the iconic sandwich here, but lately im more into the homestyle roast beef sandwich, made right with a freshly done medium rare juicy roast. vern is an excellent guy, ive had a lot of memorable chats with him there. he and the other staff, along with those involved in setting up shows and open mics, do a great job in crafting a genuine communal vibe to this place, and with wonderful food.
