  The food at Harvest is amazing. Everything is fresh and there are lots of options to choose from (including vegetarian and vegan options). Great for lunch!

  If you haven't been to Harvest Grill 'n' Greens you need to go. If you have been you know you need to go again.
  The food is amazing - you need to try their soups or sandwiches or salads. You can't go wrong.
  Did you know they cater? My neighbours had them cater his wedding and it has to be the best food I have had at a wedding.
  I could go on but you just need to experience it for yourself.
  And no, I have not been paid or asked to give this review.

  Such good food, love the salads especially the shrimp and spinach salad. There sandwiches are amazing too. They do meal prep too.

  "Who knew vegetables could taste so good!" I usually stop by Harvest Grill around once a week for lunch and bring people with whenever possible. They're constantly experimenting with new dishes and menu items but do have a constant menu you can find online if you're looking for a consistent favourite. If you're out for something new, interesting, healthy, and, most importantly, delicious, in the area there is nothing I would recommend more.
  
  P.S my personal favourites are the Pulled Pork ciabatta panini with kale coleslaw & bacon jam, and the coconut curry stir fry with salmon (which is pictured below in a to-go box)
