  Our order took 2 hours to deliver. We called multiple times after 1 hour, three times they said it would be there in 5 minutes and it wasn't. After 1 hour and 45 minutes and our 5th call they said it just left for delivery.
  
  Manager personally delivered but showed very little sympathy. Submitted a review through KFC's website. The same Manager emailed me saying sorry we'd like to replace your meal - no contact info on the email and it was littered with typos. Called the location to get the free replacement meal and they said they hadn't heard of it and I'd have to do it when the Manager is there - how am I supposed to know her schedule?

  Staff is rude and slow. Having to wait 20 + mins in the drive-thru is not considered fast food!

  When ordering at KFC you have to give the workers the benefit of the doubt. Especially during dinner rush. You have to expect to wait.
  That being said...This was the worst experience I've had at any KFC location.
  Terrible customer service. Couldn't understand simple phrasing if a simple question. Had to call another location to get an answer.
  Fries were cold and tasted horrible.

  Painfully slow service. One vehicle ahead of me...still took 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru.
