  TLDR Great Ice Cream but Don't Eat The Food!
  
  The ice cream products are great. Some of the best! Blizzards put Mc D's flurries to shame, with a lot of variety; great soft served dipped cones as well.
  
  Be warned however that the food is really bad in general. The patties on their burgers are burnt and dry, and there's nothing to redeem it. The crispy chicken tenders look like curled up dried up sad tenders from 10 years ago (and taste like it too). I go here a lot and my friends make the mistake I beg them not to make, and the result is always the same. They say, "I know what I'm in for" but it's always worse than they could handle.
  
  I only speak of this particular location, by the way.

  They make a great peanut buster parfait but the bell on the drive-through doesn't seem to work and you sometimes sit at the order window, forever, un-noticed.

  2 tills in a restraunt that is on such a major road is one of the causes of the massive wait. Once at the till, server was nice and helpful. Table we sat at was dirty, but was the only there was.

  Staff aren't too bright. Food is average, just like other locations, except this location doesn't sell strawberry/banana Julius. They said head office discontinued the flavour. That's not true. Bad customer service. I was given a sundae where the ice cream was not right, due to machine issue. Only had a couple tastes before returning it, and the staff said reluctantly they'd remake half a sundae for me. Huh? Also, they let a guy come through their drive thru in an electronic wheelchair/scooter. The guy backed up into me, scratched my bumper and the manager couldn't have cared less. Bad location.
