  I called and the lady who answered the phone said she doesn't take orders for pick up, and just hung up without explaining it when I asked the reason.
  
  Last time I called, I was able to place an order when another lady picked up the phone. What's going on? I see a lot of complaints here about the Russian lady working there. Please do something about this lady management.

  Best fried chicken ever! Very juicy and flavourful. I would say it's even better than Church's Chicken in terms of taste and cost. Long waits though and staff are not always nice. I called for pick up and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later and it was not done (I don't think they even did anything for my order). So I waited another 20 minutes for it.

  I went there a Russian lady was there and she was not nice and I asked if she had and special deals for the day and she had no respect and expected me to know everything!!!! Also she is always grumpy and I have never seen her with a smile on her face. I got an order and ordered there gravy and it tasted like plastic, my brother had his and it tasted better but not the best.I would rather go to KFC because their food is way better. I am never going back to Lee's chicken
