  Quality has gone downhill we've noticed. Go through the drive through and order 2 Hearty Vegetable soups. Pretty much just broth and absolutely no flavor. So I called and get oh im training a new girl I'll teach her how to scoop the soup. No apologies or offer to replace this so called Hearty Vegetable soups. Great waste of money!!

  I know the manager here, he's a great guy. Does a great job. He's amazing. I remember when this place was getting built, he came up to me and said 'we're going to build a Tim Hortons. It's going to be a big Tim Hortons, a HUGE Tim Hortons. Nobody builds Tim Hortons better than we do. The Tim Hortons on Sumas Way? Total. Disaster. It's a horrible Tim Hortons, probably the worst Tim Hortons ever made.'
  
  I admit, this is fake news. No, I don't know the manager, and the employees here are rather brisk and not very friendly. But it's OK.

  Nice staff...good service...however, there are most always people begging, dealing drugs, or shooting up in the washrooms. Take away this uncomfortable element and this would be a far more desirable location to frequent.

  The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I'm not one to go out of my way to complain, but they've messed up my order 3 separate times THIS WEEK! When I went inside to order, hoping a mistake wouldn't be made, the cashier was extremely rude. And everyone there just an awful attitude towards customers. I've never seen such horrible customer service. I understand being a cashier you have to put up with rude people, but that doesn't mean you have to be rude to everyone..
  I honestly don't plan on spending my money at another Tim Hortons again.

  Stopped for a quick lunch yesterday - they were busy - I get that - however; I ordered a chicken WRAP and soup - did NOT request take out. My order came - not a wrap - but a sandwich - and to go. They did offer to re-do the order - however my time was limited and just did not have the time. This was not a good experience.
