  Lunch was delicious and our server was really good. I noticed the staff members, all seemed like they all really enjoyed their jobs. I noticed several crew members starting their shift (as it was early lunch, 11:30am - 1 pm) all of the employees starting work seemed to be very happy and enthusiastic. I must have watched at least 5 possibly 6, employees starts shift.
  Great job on keeping a high crew morale. Food was delicious and my raspberry Mojito was Fantastic

  My wife and I both feel like this place has really improved over the years, from a good restaurant to a great restaurant.
  
  There was a manager in the kitchen area, staying on top of things - he realized our tower of onion rings was overcooked and had a new one made for us, before it even made it to our table. For the delay, he covered its cost, as it arrived shortly after the rest of our food. We were just grateful someone was there to make sure the onion rings were done right!
  
  There was another manager visible in the dining area, checking in with customers. Our food was spot on; the famous onion rings perfectly done, and our fries and burger at their best as well. The only hitch was that it was difficult to get a refill for our bottomless fries - but again, this was a busy Saturday!

  Whenever we come the food comes out fast and hot. The service is awesome and the staff are great.
  We are never disappointed with a visit to Red Robins.

  Its amazing: great staff and atmosphere. There were many options for lunch. The food was delicious for decent price. Plus, endless drinks and fries that the staff refilled with me having to ask. Love this place!!!

  Some of the best service I have experienced. The staff all greeted me fast, and asked about my day etc. They were professional and efficient, and somehow also managed to be personable and offer things before I had to ask. I witnessed my waitress dealing with a couple that had cold food, and the way that she, and later the manager came through was very excellent. I was impressed. Food was also good ;)
