  If you have not heard of Hiko Sushi, let me be the first to say "Wake Up!!!"
  
  I am a pretty big guy, and I know my food. I stop here every time I drive through this specific area. The sushi is fresh and delicious, the way it should be. The rolls are cut right and the rice is fresh. And the spicy mayo is to DIE FOR! The prices are amazing. It's well done Japanese cuisine, prepared right in front you by a real expert sushi chef.
  
  Here's how you can tell they know their stuff. They provide you with the perfect amount of dressings and the rolls are nice and thick. They are NOT messing around.
  
  It's worth the stop. Eat well my friends.
  
  P.S. I got the Yam Tempura for dessert and F-ME was it good!

  If you're looking for good Sushi, excellent service and fair prices for what you get, then this place is it. They may be located in a popular area out in nowheresville but their quality, cut, freshness and variety of dishes is downtown Vancouver high end grade. Friendly staff made my family and I feel welcomed and taken care of. I may go out there again just for this place.

  Stopped in passing though, expected to find some pre-made sushi given the location.
  Decided to dine in as opposed to take out.
  Food began to arrive within a minute or two of sitting.
  Quality was excellent.
  Will definitely stop here again
