  Quality of food has drastically dropped. The place is dirty, needs a floor to ceiling bleach clean. Food takes forever to get to you, my boyfriend waited 15 minutes yesterday for a simple burger combo. And what he received was a mess. Burger didn't even hold together. Meat tasted old. Fries were undercooked. Pop was flat. And it gave him food poisoning. Do the manager's and staff not care anymore?

  Good quick food, and AMAZING customer service! There was a hair in my boyfriend's sandwich and one of the workers (could have been the manager) was shocked and quickly made up a new sandwich! The young lady who took our order was great too!
